• We source Japanese Tea Leaves such as Tencha and even Gyokuro.

First Harvest, Shaded and Stone Milled and Machine Sifted. (For Gyokuro we stem sort by hand)

All these factors that would be considered as Ceremonial-Grade Matcha (An informal marketing-driven grading system)

We believe in freshness which is the most important factor!

  • We FRESHLY MILL in the Philippines using our granite stone mill and machine sift to under 15 µm (microns) or 650 mesh

By freshly stone-milling we achieve an overall more intensely flavourful matcha experience!

Since Matcha is ultra fine (up to 20x finer then espresso powder) it is highly prone to oxidation and degradation over time.

  • We assure a better tasting matcha experience that you would enjoy in both in FRESHNESS as well as in your pocket! As we control the raw materials and processing which is normally done in Japan with higher labor cost and ultra-rare stone and expensive stone-mills

By doing this we have a more sustainable stock availablity for our customers!
